You can file a formal complaint if you are of the opinion that we have managed your matter incorrectly. We also have a person responsible for complaints and adhere to applicable rules and regulations regarding handling of complaints. If you are dissatisfied and have received our final response, you can submit your complaint in any official language of the European Union through the ODR-platform provided by the European Commission, which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can also file a lawsuit at a general court.
