The challenges
URET struggled with traditional BNPL providers who have arisen from small transactions online, but lack support for higher-value items. As a result, URET's customers with higher average transaction values (ATVs) were underserved. URET needed a payment solution that could securely handle small and larger transactions with reliable identity checks on all markets, a high acceptance rate, and stat-of-the art risk assessment algorithms.

Zaver’s advanced system for post-purchase payment adjustments, along with tailored Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions, proved especially valuable for URET. Together, these features addressed industry-specific challenges, such as price adjustments and extended delivery times common for durable goods. Zaver’s BNPL products resolved the issue of holding payment reservations for only 3-28 days, a critical limitation given the long delivery times for high-end products. By ensuring URET receives payments upfront, offering market leading acceptance rates which enables URETs product to a wider range of consumers out there, Zaver not only improves cash flow and adds top-line, but also enhances the overall buying experience for customers, offering a more frictionless and efficient purchasing experience.
